Student Discount Guidelines
The conference offers a generous 50% discount (except Gala Dinner) on registration fees for students. Please note that this discount is not automatically applied on the registration page; you must use a dedicated promo code to see the reduced price.
1. Discount Structure
50% off the standard registration fee.
Note: These discounts do not apply to the Gala Dinner.
2. Application Process (Mandatory)
Since the registration system does not automatically verify student status, you must request a promo code manually:
Prepare Documentation: Prepare a valid proof of student status (e.g., a scanned copy of your Student ID, an official enrollment certificate, etc.).
Submit via Email: Send your proof of status to the official student affairs email: info@wfas-stu2026.com
Receive Your Code: Once your documents are reviewed and approved, the committee will reply with your exclusive promo code.
Online Registration: Enter the promo code during the checkout process on the official conference website. The total price will then automatically drop by 50% (except Gala dinner).
