What is the deadline for speaker proposal submission (including time zone)?
When will acceptance notifications be sent?

Is there a word limit (or character limit) for the abstract?
No, but aim for 300 to 500 words.
Do you provide an abstract template or formatting guidelines (e.g., structured abstract sections, number of keywords, figures/tables allowed)?
No, we don’t
Registration and ticket categories
What is included in the “Ticket for presentations (13–14 Aug 2026)”? Does it cover access only for Thu–Fri, or the full congress program?
You get access to the whole congress program, including lunch and coffee breaks. The Gala dinner Friday evening is not included.
Is the “Ticket for workshops (15–16 Aug 2026)” a separate add-on, or is it included in any registration package?
No, it is a separate ticket for Saturday and Sunday. Some participants prefer practical courses, so, you can chose.
For presenters/speakers, which ticket(s) are required to register?
Thursday & Friday since the oral presentations are only on those days. We will update the website soon, then this information will be available.
Payment and cancellation
What payment methods are available (credit card / bank transfer)?
Only Credit card
Could you share the cancellation/refund policy (deadlines and any administrative fees)?
There are no administration fees. In need to inquire internally the cancellation fee policy.
If we register during the early-bird period but our presentation is not accepted, what options are available (refund/transfer)?
If the topic is within acupuncture or TCM in general and have a sound quality, the submitted proposals will be accepted as posters. However, there is no guarantee that the presentation will be selected as oral presentation.
